Need someone to talk to? Come talk to a peer who understands what you are going through. Whether you need emotional support, help with adherence to your medication, or maybe just someone to listen to you, a peer can make it easier for you to deal with your day-to-day struggles with HIV/AIDS.
Peer support is located on the 4th floor of our main offices on Tulane Avenue. To see a peer, just tell the receptionist on the 5th floor you need to see someone in peer support. Whether it’s to use the phone, access the internet, work out in the gym or just to speak to a member of the peer support staff, we are here for you!
Peer support can also help you become more familiar with NO/AIDS Task Force as an agency and all the services it provides, by setting up a New Client Orientation for you, even if you are not new to the agency.
