Register today for the 2009 NO/AIDS Walk which will be held on Sunday September 20th in Audubon Park. You can either register and raise funds online or download the walk materials at the end of this post and fundraise offline.

New Orleans is a city that's known world wide for it's cuisine, so what could be easier than Dining Out For Life to help raise money for the programs and services of NO/AIDS Task Force.

This year, on Thursday July 16th, dozens of the areas best restaurants will donate 25% of their proceeds to NO/AIDS Task Force. All you have to do is dine at one of these restaurants and 25% of your bill will help someone living with HIV /AIDS.

On Thursday July 16th, make sure to ask your waiter for a donation envelope. By making an additional donation to NO/AIDS Task Force on the night of Dining For Life, not only will you be entered in a drawing to win a stay at The International House Hotel or The W New Orleans - French Quarter, but your waiter will be entered into a drawing to receive a stay as well.

Bricks are still available to be purchased for the New Orleans AIDS Memorial, which will be dedicated on Sunday November 30, 2008. The dedication ceremony will take place at 2:00 PM at Washington Square Park located on Frenchmen Street, between Royal and Dauphine Streets.
